Tadoba National Park.
This was memorable trip
to Tadoba National Park, near Nagpur, India. Merely by emailing to save Tiger,
or save trees, has become fashion, because it is easy. Take some initiative and
try to learn more about birds and animals, by actually visiting wildlife
sanctuaries and bird sanctuaries. Become member of Bombay Natural History
Society (BNHS).We had gone
with books such as 'The book of Indian Birds' by Salim Ali & J. C. Daniel (1983)
and The book of Indian Animals by S. H. Prater.Tiger has become a buzz word, probably only authorities
can do something about preserving endangered species. You and I cannot. Organize
bird watching trips. Get inspired by nature and conserve nature. Make action
plan to save flora and fauna, now, before it is too late.
We
have visited many Bird sanctuaries and Wildlife sanctuaries in India.

We also enjoy shooting wildlife (of course with a movie camera).
For
example, I could shoot the Great Indian Bustard, when I visited the
sanctuary 'Nanaj' near Solapur. Let me know if you would like to see this
movie. This is one of the rare birds.

for an exciting report prepared by our daughter Amrapali Zaveri, of her
trekking to Himachal - Manali. The trip was organized by WWF,
Pune.

Vishva Bharati campus, Ladnun, Rajsthan.
