Here are some recipes for Sweets. These are fast to cook and taste amazing. The work wonders when you have unexpected guests and have to fix up something in a jiffy.

I am happy to give recipe with the ingredients, procedure, and serving size.

  • Chocolate Sandesh

  • Kaju Barfi

  • Dry Fruit Barfi

  • Kesar Elaichi Barfi

 

  • Chocolate Sandesh

    1liter milk
    6 tbsp sugar powder
    3 tsp Coco powder
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Heat the milk; pour lemon juice when it starts boiling. Take out the water and keep for some time. Squeezed the water and take it in a plate and kneed until soft. Add sugar and mix.

    Keep ¼ portion aside. Add coco powder to it.

    Add vanilla essence to the ¾ portion. Make equal ball out of it. First take white portion, then stuff Choco portion in it, and roll it. Do the same to the rest.

    Keep in fridge for an hour and while serving cut half from the middle.

  • Kaju Barfi

    250 gm broken Kaju (fine powder)
    100 gm sugar
    25 gm mava
    2 tbsp icing sugar
    4 tbsp water
    1 tsp Ghee

    In thick bottom pan take sugar and water, stir until sugar melts [bubble comes up] turn off the gas, and add mava and mix. Now add Kaju powder gradually and mix. At the end, add icing sugar. Apply ghee on your palm and make a big ball. On flat wooden plate apply ghee and roll it. Decorate with silver foil and cut into diamond shape pieces.

  • Dry fruit Barfi

    250 gm mava
    6 tbsp powder sugar
    1 cup dry fruit powder

    In thick bottom pan take mava and roast it until it leaves the side. Turn off the gas. Add powder sugar and dry fruit powder and mix well. Allow to set on a greased plate decorate with silver foil for half an hour and cut into pieces.

    In the place of dry fruit, you can use kesar and elaichi.

  • Kesar- Elaichi Barfi

    250 gm mava
    6 tbsp powder sugar
    Kesar, elaichi

    In thick bottom pan take mava and roast it until it leaves the side. Turn off the gas add powder sugar, Kesar, elaichi and mix well. Allow to set on a greased plate decorate with silver foil for half an hour and cut into pieces.
