Profile of Mr. Jyotindra Zaveri (Jyoti) as a meditation teacher:

  • Some people know about meditation (Dhyan) because they believe in religion (Shraddha). However, many more would like to know if there is any scientific basis to meditation. A systematic research carried out by a great Jain Acharya, known as Mahapragna, in eastern Mysticism coupled with Western Science yielded in the discovery of lost meditation technique of Meditation called Preksha Dhyan. My father, Jethabhai, and my brother Mahendra Muni, did a deep study of the same and understood the scientific basis to the technique of meditation.   I am practicing and would like to use this website to share about Preksha Dhyan. I believe that reading and listening alone, will not help in understanding the topic of 'Dhyan'. We should do practical exercises as well. Let us discuss topics such as Stress Management, Operational Efficiency by improving concentration, Career Development, Goal Achievement, and Personality Development, and so on. According to Preksha Dhyan principals, all these is achieved by influencing Neuro-Endocrine Glands.

  • Jyotindra is born and brought up in Mumbai.  He is a Computer Engineer, trained in Germany, and was working for IBM.  By profession, he is an Information Technology Consultant for past thirty years.  He was invited by Microsoft to meet Bill Gates during his visit to India in 1997.  He has designed and developed ERP software and is offering ERP solutions for small and medium size companies.  He has traveled around the world including USA, Europe, Singapore, and Japan.
